A cozy burger place with bar style seating. Ordered the house burger in a small group. Was served in good time, piping hot with fries. With a beer comes out at about 30-35, overall a good experience. House burger is juicy and has a sweet heat from pickled jalapenos. Light on sauce. Fries can be ordered salted or salt & vinegar. Vinegar is liquid vs a seasoning so a bit uneven.

When I say that this is probably the best chicken and waffles that I’ve ever had, I truly mean it. First thing first, the chicken is on point and crispy, the waffles are superb, they add an egg on the chicken that just some how fits with the chicken and waffles, and the FRIES?!? I truly detest crinkle fries, but BB crinkle fries are so hot, big, and just crispy! I would definitely recommend trying this place if you’re ever in the Old Port. I will definitely be back for the chicken and waffles, fries and their sauce!

Chose this place on a whim during a long weekend in Portland and we are sure glad we did! Food was so good we ate there twice!!! Bacon bacon and house burgers were amazing. Sea salt fries were some of the best we’ve ever had. The restaurant was really cute and we got to eat outside one of the times. The staff were so incredibly nice and friendly. Can’t wait to come back our next time in Portland.

Small, cute place to be. Depending what time of day you hit it, it could be no wait or very long due to small capacity. The burgers are to die for - I got the “bacon bacon” and it was absolutely smashing. We also got fries and they were so crispy, and I’m not usually a sauce girl, but I really enjoyed the dipping sauce for the fries! Fantastic experience.

During our visit, we had the Bacon Bacon and Texas Burger, and both were beautifully crafted masterpieces. The burgers featured simple yet perfect seasonings, showcasing the quality of the beef and toppings. The addition of their house-made sauces elevated the flavors, making each bite truly delightful. The burgers were accompanied by freshly prepared crinkle-cut fries, which were crisp, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with their fry sauce. The buns were a standout—just the right size and texture to hold the burgers together without overpowering the ingredients. Every single bite was a joy. The freshness, attention to detail, and balance of flavors made this a fantastic dining experience. We’d happily return for another round of their incredible burgers and fries! Highly recommend.

Wow.. I got to say this was a great choice. We were on a beer walk, and started craving a burger. There were a few options, but we ended up here, and we were not disappointed.. Waking in the first thing you will notice is the smell.. It was a glorious aroma of fries and grilled burgers. I can only imagine this is what heaven smells like. Pavlov’s dog wouldn’t need a bell to salivate. It would have started salivating upon entry.. The next thing you notice is the size. It is a small, cozy burger joint.. You can sit at the bar, or sit along the window.. I of course grabbed a bar stool, and ordered a draft.. I then looked at the menu, and had a serious dilemma of what to choose.. After much debate, and some discussion with the bartender, I opted for the Texas.. How could you go wrong with a burger, topped with onion rings, bacon, and BBQ sauce? Add an order of fries? Well of course.. Once the food arrived, I knew my decision was the right one.. The burger was delicious.. A perfect pairing with my IPA. The fries were a surprise.. Crinkle cut, and golden brown.. An initial crunch with the bite, and they immediately made it to the list of best fries I have had. Overall the experience was great, and we will be back again!!!

We came in on our last day of vacation, and everything was amazing! The bartender who served us and was so friendly and helpful. The lobster roll of course was delicious, and they have the most wonderful fries. We even went back for seconds later that night to try the burger, which was also so flavorful!
